I started Lattice because I’ve lived the complexity of buying, growing, and exiting businesses—on both sides of the table.
Jonathan Pyle founded Lattice to help business owners make confident decisions about growth, optimization, and exit. After selling his own $20 million collision repair business in 2021 and serving as Senior Director of Mergers and Acquisitions for the largest collision repair chain in the United States, Jonathan saw firsthand how often founders operate without a clear plan. Many were overwhelmed, reactive, and unsure of how to move forward.

In his own transition from day-to-day operator to strategic entrepreneur, he experienced the same uncertainty. He also recognized a pattern among other owners. These talented, hardworking people missing key opportunities or making costly mistakes simply because they lacked structured guidance and financial clarity. That realization became the foundation for Lattice.

Lattice is a boutique advisory firm designed for privately held businesses small to middle-market busiensses. Its mission is to equip owners with the tools, insight, and support they need to take their next step with clarity and confidence. I’m Jonathan Pyle. I founded AutoBody Express,scaled it to $20M in revenue, and sold it to Caliber Collision — the largestcollision repair chain in the country. Then I crossed the table and spent yearsas their Senior Director of M&A, leading 16 acquisitions totaling $46M inacquired revenue.

I’ve been the operator grinding through payroll cycles. I’ve been the seller sitting across from a buyer who knew more than I did. I’ve been the acquirer who could spot a well-run business from a stressed one in an afternoon.

I started Lattice because I kept seeing the samething: talented owners making costly decisions — or missing major opportunities— simply because they lacked a trusted advisor who’d actually been there. Now I’m that advisor.
